Once, creative software such as Photoshop and Premiere were sold on CDs. Customers used the CDs to install the software onto their computers. With cloud technology, you no longer need to sell physical products. Adobe began selling products as part a cloud-based service, which includes cloud storage.
Customers have the option to purchase the entire SaaS product line or just the products they use most frequently. Creative Cloud charges a monthly subscription fee. The amount depends on how many products are purchased. Special deals are available for schools, teachers, and businesses.
